Rudy's Hitching Post is a family-owned neighborhood grill and tavern in Patterson, NY, built around a simple idea: good food brings family together. Owner-operated by brothers Chris and Dave Surace, Rudy's combines Dave's culinary background as a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with Chris's 20+ years of restaurant ownership and hospitality experience. Named in honor of their grandfather Rudolph "Rudy," the Hitching Post is a place for family, friends, great food and good company. From American tavern favorites and comfort-food classics to handcrafted burgers, steaks and more, our goal is simple: make Rudy's a place you'll want to return to again and again.
